Install Microsoft ActiveX Control Pad

1. Download at http://msdn.microsoft.com/workshop/c-frame.htm?/workshop/misc/cpad/default.asp. If this page is no longer valid, search for ActiveX Control Pad at http:://search.microsoft.com.
