IntroductionBatky-Howell has provided us with a copy of the Adobe-Acrobat Reader/Writer. Normally, we just use the free reader at http://www.adobe.com/products/acrobat/readstep.html. Since we have the reader/writer, there is no need to install the reader. Install Adobe Acrobat Reader/WriterThe CD lives in a plain jewel case with a blue hand written label on the spine. The password is written on the CD itself. The problem is that it difficult to distinguish the ones from the zeros. They are zeros. Follow the instructions and update this file.
