Setting Up the MS Office Toolbar
Adding Entries to MS Office Toolbar
The fastest way is a little tricky.
- Hi-light the entry in windows explorer. This is generally (but not
necessarily -- depending on the settings) done with a single mouse click.
- Temporarily turn off the auto-hide feature with a left click on the tool
bar and toggle the auto-hide feature so it is no longer checked.
- Now hold down the control key and while you continue to hold down the
control key drag the file to the Microsoft Office Tool bar and drop it.
- Restore the auto-hide feature to its original setting (that is, turn it
back on).
Follow this procedure if you need an entry on the desktop and on the tool
bar.
- Add the entry to the desktop.
